More than 30 years of experience in investment sales, development, asset management, acquisitions/dispositions, workouts, site selection and government relations, Larry has expertise in mixed-use projects, neighborhood/community centers, grocery-anchored and enclosed malls. Larry has successfully worked with leading retailers and collaborated with REITs, institutional owners and developers such as DDR, Weingarten Realty, Kimco, DLC and GGP. He founded and operated The Kilduff Company and Meridian Properties, retail real estate development companies where he provided services for more than 50 properties totaling 3.2 million s.f.
Larry holds a Master of Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. An active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), he received their Trustee’s Distinguished Service Award and earned designations of Certified Retail Executive (CRX), Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and Certified Design, Development and Construction Professional (CDP).
Development
The Kilduff Company has developed projects in retail, office, mixed use and residential properties. We bring our experience, expertise and our industry relationships to all of our projects.
Project Management
With our years of experience in project management, we anticipate and solve for problems that may affect a project timeline and success. Our hands-on strategies put us in the project with ownership, contractors, community officials, and all interested parties involved, which leads us to a successful and timely project completion.
Consultation
We consult with community development organizations on attracting retail and other economic development projects, as well as working with developers and planners on property re-use and attraction of new investment in communities.
Additionally we participate in negotiations between parties in dispute, and planning and development projects for municipalities throughout the United States.
We work with communities on redevelopment plans for brownfield and economic redevelopment projects including environmentally challenged development sites, as well as work with State and National environmental entities to assist in brining contaminated properties to market.
The Kilduff Company will act as an advisor to property owners, municipalities, attorneys and others on challenging projects that include negotiation and potential litigation, to include expert witness.
